Last month, Simple to Succeed welcomed Dylan Giebel back to the team, who immediately began to tackle some marketing objectives including Spirit of Success Graphic Standards, book cover design, and editing. Dylan first joined Simple to Succeed as an intern in the summer of 2013 while attending college at University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Upon graduating in May of 2015, he subsequently took on a short-term management role before his return in March of 2017.
“I’m excited to be working in the marketing field again, and especially at a place that I enjoyed so greatly,” said Giebel, who has a degree in Marketing Communications. “Working for Linda [Ruhland] has always been enjoyable. She simultaneously lets me handle multiple projects as if they were my own, but serves as a great resource along the way. Having a varity of duties and knowing my opinion is valued is what keeps me excited to come into work every day.”
Giebel has been working on web design, content writing, graphic design, social media, and strategy with Simple to Succeed. He enjoys the variety of work and is excited for the publication of Amazing Workplace: Creating the Conditions that Inspire Success, the first book from Spirit of Success, for which Dylan designed the cover and served as an editor.
Amazing Workplace: Creating the Conditions that Inspire Success explores a variety of ways that businesses and employers can improve performance and develop their leadership skills. It is set to be in stores this May.
